When you’re busy, but hard working.

So far I’ve been in the most hard semester ever. It has been such a roller coaster ride for me. I’ve had so much on my plate for the first time in ages. I have a hard class, but I’ve been trudging through the whole time.

This is also the first time I have a huge paper to write for one of my classes, which I’m still working one. So far I have some of the paper written. Despite the hard work, I still have time for myself.

In a few days I have my 22nd birthday, and I will be seeing the Martian in the movies.

back to reality

Spring break is over and the next few weeks of the semester have just begun. This week I have to take 2 midterms exams, but I think I can handle them pretty well.

Last night I had this really terrific dream. I had this dream that I was in this movie about a girl who moves to a different foster home and meets the family that loves her. It was such a great dream. One of the highlights was seeing David Bowie in the dream playing the saxophone. I totally home this means he will performs live one more time. I always have these dreams in that situation.

Every time I have dreams like that one, I end up imagining it as a movie, (Yes, this has happened many times before- not the first time it happened to me). This time it was no different. I really hope I do meet someone like that who plays the sax and will lead me to the road of happiness that I always dream about.

Spring Vacation

For one week in college, I have a vacation known as Spring break. Though it’s not as long as Christmas vacation, I don’t seem to mind. I love going to dinner with my dad, studying for my midterm, and shopping with my sister.

Spring vacations in college are different from those in high school. I think this is because in college, it’s several weeks earlier than in high school. But still, that is okay.

In addition to preparing for finals, I also have a little time for fun. I can’t wait to go shopping tomorrow and download some more songs for my iPod. I’m also going to help take care of my grandmother. Last night I watched a concert video. Tonight I going to prepare for one of my midterms.

The first month, so far

I recently started my Junior year of college. This journey has been going so far so good.

I’ve been meeting more people in various places. Also, I’m beginning to participate more. This year, I joined art club. I also saw two plays. (I loved the second one the best).

I made a really great friend last year. We watch movies together and see plays.

Anyway in a few days, I will be having my first tests, so wish me luck.

Today I’m going to post 10 facts that you probably didn’t know about me.

1. I’m really interested in music.- My favorite genres fall into the rock category. I listen to a lot of different types of music.

2. I write poetry in my spare time.- I have a special book that I write in.

3. I always have weird ideas, but I can fix myself

4. I play guitar. I began a few years ago and love it

5. I love experimenting my look

6. I enjoy pizza and chicken- Then again, Who doesn’t?

7. I love watching concert videos- I actually own two of them.

8. I have a close relationship with my parents.

9. I’m always a go getter.

10. I love meeting new people.

The most shocking news I had ever received.

Usually I do not follow the news that much. Sometimes I get absorbed in and watch. However sometimes when I do watch the news, it changes my life forever. 

That’s what happened Monday. That day I found out one of my favorite actors had died by committing suicide. That very actor was Robin Williams.

I’ve been a fan since I first watched Jumanji  only 9 years ago. The movie became one of my favorite films. Later I got into more of his films including Dead Poets Society and Good Will Hunting, the latter of which is my all time favorite movie.

When I found out about his suicide, I was in complete shock. I never knew he had so many mental issues until it was too late. However I will not stop being a fan. I will continue to watch his films to honor him by. I will also use this video.

The long road not taken

Decisions are the hardest part of life. But we have to make them every day.

There are two types of them, good and bad. Through a lot of my life, I made decisions that were not so good. It made me very upset and sad. As the days go on, I’m beginning to make better decisions about myself and my life.

I have learned that no one is perfect, and that is 100% okay. We all don’t have to be. Everyone makes smart and dumb choices.

Even if we do make mistakes, we are still loved.

No matter what happens, you’re surrounded with the people who love you the best. They will support you forever

One time not so very long ago, I was very depressed. I wasn’t sure I would be happy again. Then one day after moaning about my past, and how it would affect my future, my mom told me the words above. Those words stay true to me today.

Love is stronger than many things in life. Those people who love us are people we should never push away. They support us forever and give us love a support each and ever day.

New Years Resolutions

Out with the old, in with the new is how I like to say that we’re in the end of the year. I’m really glad 2013 is finally over. I really hope 2014 will be a lot better. 

Every year, we make new years resolutions of things we want to fix during the upcoming new year. In the past I always broke resolutions early in the new year. (no idea why). Anyway here is my list.

1. Do well without Crying fits.- this is one of my main issues in my life. No matter how hard I try I can’t keep a balance. But in the upcoming year, I’m hoping to get that equilibrium.

2. Try new things- I’m always a go getter, so this is not a problem for me. I always picture life as an all you can eat buffet, so in the upcoming year that’s what I plan to do.

3. Try to see a band/singer I like in concert- this is going to be another hard on for me, because I don’t know who will be. So I will wait and see for that one.

Anyway that’s the list. There are a lot more, but I will post them at another time.

Life is a mystery we never know what might happen. In the film Forrest Gump, Forrest’s mother tells him the quote above.

According to me, this means we do not know what will happen in the near future, but we can live it to the fullest. We can discover so many things.

Here’s why she said that life is chocolates- Chocolates and life come in so much variety. You don’t know what part of this variety you might get. That’s what makes life so fun.
